Kevin Urbatsch is a principal of the special needs and settlement planning law firm, The Urbatsch Law Firm P.C. located in Pleasant Hill, California. Kevin also serves as National Director of the Academy of Special Needs Planners (ASNP), a national organization of special needs and settlement planning professionals. Kevin also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the NAELA Journal. Kevin is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Kevin is also a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
Jessica Farinas, Esq.
Jessica Farinas is an Associate at the special needs and settlement planning law firm, The Urbatsch Law Firm P.C. located in Pleasant Hill, California. Jessica drafts petitions for the establishment of special needs trusts, probate, court approval of accountings, appointments of successor trustees, trust disbursements, and motions to seal.
Jessica Marmolejo is a Senior Paralegal at the special needs and settlement planning law firm, The Urbatsch Law Firm P.C. located in Pleasant Hill, California. Jessica’s primary focus is to assist Kevin Urbatsch, Principal and Jessica Farinas, Associate in all aspects of the special needs planning, settlement planning and related practice areas to ensure timely, thorough and overall excellent service to meet the needs of their clients. Jessica joined the Urbatsch team in June 2017 to provide a truly personal and professional experience to their clients.
Tatiana Rivera is a paralegal at the special needs and settlement planning law firm, The Urbatsch Law Firm P.C. located in Pleasant Hill, California. She joined the firm in March of 2018. Her role is to assist the firm’s attorneys in making sure deadlines are met, clients are up to date on case process, and ensure each day runs as smooth as possible. Tatiana graduated from Sheldon High School in 2012 and studied at Sacramento City and San Diego City colleges. She received her Paralegal Certificate from California State University East Bay in June 2017.
